What is it about polka dots?! They seem to never lose their luster. And they seem to be the ultimate foundation for whatever "look" you're going for. They can be super retro, ultra feminine, tropical - all depending on what you pair them with. I wore this polka dot dress (scored for $13 in the after-Christmas sales) to dinner one night on our Havana trip and it was an easy, breezy throw-on piece. And with sandals and colorful accessories it was perfectly themed to our island climate and colorful surroundings!
